Mike Rozier pulls a slab of ribs off of the grill prior to Southern Miss' Homecoming game vs. the University of Louisiana. The organization for students majoring in construction engineering technology at USM (of which Mike Rozier was a member when he was a student) held their Homecoming tailgate in conjunction with our group. Mike, with some help from his student assistant, cuts up some goose he just pulled from the grill. He brought the goose back from a recent hunting trip to Canada. With Mike gone to Texas on a hunting trip, Kevin Clearman took over grill duties on his regular-sized cooker. (USM-Tulane)
